RETIREMENT OF MR PAT DAVIES AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SASOL LIMITED AND          
APPOINTMENT OF MR DAVID CONSTABLE                                               
As announced on 6 May 2011, Mr Pat Davies stepped down as chief executive of the
Company on 30 June 2011 and Mr David Constable has assumed the role of chief    
executive and executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2011.   
Accordingly, with effect from 30 June 2011, Mr Davies has retired from the board
of directors of Sasol.
