RESIGNATION OF MR GREG LEWIN AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SASOL LIMITED         
Sasol announced today that Mr Greg Lewin will step down as director of the      
Company on 1 April 2011 due to external business responsibilities that are      
requiring significantly more of his time than originally envisaged.             
The Chairman of Sasol, Mrs Hixonia Nyasulu, expressed appreciation for the      
contribution that Mr Lewin has made as follows: "We will miss Greg`s excellent  
contributions and wish him well for the future."
