Changes to the board of directors
In terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Hano Coetzee has resigned as Financial
Director and Company Secretary of the Group with effect from 31 January 2011 to
pursue personal interests. Shareholders will be advised of the new financial
director once the appointment has been finalised.
The Pinnacle Board of Directors extend its sincere gratitude and appreciation
to Mr Coetzee for his contribution to the Group `s success over the past 7
years.
We all wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
