FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
1 Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16
August 2010 regarding the granting of an order ("Order of Court") by
the South Gauteng High Court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in
terms of section 311 of the Companies Act no. 61 of 1973("the Scheme").
2 A certified copy of the Order of Court was registered by the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") on 20 August
2010. There are no remaining outstanding suspensive conditions to the
Scheme.
3 REMAINING SALIENT DATES
The remaining salient dates in terms of the Scheme are set out below:
Last day to trade to become a scheme Friday, 3 September
participant, on
Shares suspended as from commencement of Monday, 6 September
trade, on

Scheme consideration record date on which
scheme participants must be recorded in the
