TERMINATION OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 16 May 2008 and are advised
that the company has been unable to implement the remaining acquisition, and
therefore failed to meet the requirements of JSE Limited to remain listed.
Accordingly, the JSE has determined that the listing of Kelgran securities on
the JSE will be terminated with effect from commencement of business on Monday,
28 July 2008.
Following the termination of listing, the board of Kelgran intends to seek a
winding-up of the company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act.

Set out below are the expected dates and times of the termination of listing:

All shareholders who are noted as such at the abovementioned record date in the
register of Kelgran shareholders will be entitled to receive any distributions
resulting from the intended winding-up of Kelgran.
