notification is hereby given that Mr. Martin Barry Glatt has advised the board  
of his resignation from the position of non-executive director of TiAuto with   
immediate effective.                                                            
The board wishes to express its appreciation for the commitment and contribution
that Mr. Martin Barry Glatt has made during his tenure.
