TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited`s ("JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain
that the financial results for the current reporting period will be more than
20% different to that of the previous corresponding period.
Pinnacle`s shareholders are informed that, for the twelve months ended 30 June
2007, Pinnacle`s turnover increased by 67% to R1 772 740 (2006: R1 060 793),
operating expense ratio`s reduced to 9.1% of turnover (2006: 9.5%) and Ebitda
margins increased to 6.5% (2006: 6.4%).
Earnings per share will be between 48,5 and 51,5 cents per share, being
between 60% and 70% higher than the results of the comparative period (30 June
2006: 30.3 cents).
Headline earnings are expected to be between 49.3 and 52.4 cents per share,
being between 60% and 70% higher than the results of the comparative period
(30 June 2006: 30.8 cents).
Fully diluted headline earnings per share are expected to be between 39.8 and
42.5 cents per share, being between 35% and 44% higher than the results of the
comparative period (30 June 2006: 29.5 cents).
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors. The company`s financial results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2007
are expected to be published on or about 21 September 2007.
