1time - renewal of cautionary
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 March 2012, and the subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 6 December 2016, shareholders are advised that the following items are still being concluded, which may have a material effect on the price of 1time’s securities:
- Jetworx Aircraft Services (Pty) Ltd. (“Jetworx”) has been placed under final winding- up;
- 1time airline (Pty) Ltd. (“Airlines”) has been placed under final winding-up;
- The first meeting of creditors of Jetworx is still to be convened by the Master of the High Court; and
- The first meeting of creditors of Airlines has taken place and the liquidators are currently awaiting a certificate of appointment in order to convene the second meeting.
Additionally, further to the ‘Update to the Acquisition of Global Airways Ltd.’ announcement dated 23 October 2014, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
