    Busby -- update to scheme members
    Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 April 2008 and in the press on 8 April 2008, Busby shareholders are advised that, following the amendment to the repo rate which has resulted in a 50 basis point increase to the prime rate, the interest payable to scheme members will amount to R0.75 per share. Accordingly, the scheme consideration payable to scheme members is R21.00 per Busby share plus interest of R0.75 per Busby share.
