Octodec - disposal of Killarney Mall
Shareholders and noteholders were advised that on 24 February 2026, the Company entered into a sale of shares and claims agreement with AJPG Property 1 (Pty) Ltd., in terms of which the Company will dispose of 100% of the shares and claims in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Killarney Mall Properties (Pty) Ltd., for a consideration of R397 500 000.00.

Octodec - pre-close operational update
Octodec reported a positive pre-close operational update for the six months ending 28 February 2026. The company benefited from lower inflation and interest rates, leading to improved occupancy and rental growth across its diversified portfolio, including residential, retail, office, and industrial assets. Residential and retail vacancies remained stable, with strong letting activity at The Fields and reduced vacancies in Kempton Park and Pretoria. Collections averaged 95.2% for residential and 97.0% for commercial sectors. The company issued a R200 million unsecured bond and reduced borrowings to R4.2 billion, maintaining a loan-to-value ratio below 40%. Nine properties were disposed of for R81.2 million, with R39.5 million spent on capital projects. The company maintains its guidance of 0% to 4% growth in distribution per share for the year ending 31 August 2026.
