Cashbuild final results June 2026

Revenue for the year increased to R12.1 billion (R11.5 billion) and gross profit went up to R3.1 billion (R2.8 billion). Operating profit lowered to R291.6 million (R344 million). Profit attributable to owners of the parent went down to R166.4 million (R221.2 million). Additionally, headline earnings per share decreased to 959.9 cents per share (1 040.4 cents per share).

Dividend declaration
The board has declared a final dividend (No. 67) of 233.0 cents (2025: 300.0 cents) per ordinary share, out of income reserves to all shareholders of Cashbuild Limited. The dividend per share is calculated based on 22 784 712 (2025: 23 379 712) shares in issue at the date of the dividend declaration.

Company prospects
Group revenue for the 7 weeks subsequent to period end is at similar levels to prior year’s comparative 7-week period. Management expects trading conditions to remain challenging.
