EHSV - de-listing of securities
Shareholders are advised that the Company entered into Business Rescue in terms of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 on 13 April 2015 and failing the proposed sale of the Company to IRL, the Joint Business Rescue Practitioners implemented proposal 3 of the business rescue plan which envisaged the orderly wind down of the Company, which is still currently ongoing. Unfortunately, due to the current status of the Company and given the current suspension of the Company listing, the Company is unable to meet its obligations in terms of the JSE Listing Requirements.
In light of the above, the Issuer believes that it is in the best interests of the Company to support a decision by the JSE for the removal of the Issuers listing
Shareholders are therefore advised that the JSE, on 12 July 2017, granted the Company’s request for delisting.

- Record date : Friday, 18 August 2017
- Termination date : Tuesday, 22 August 2017
