Zeda - postponement of annual general meeting
Shareholders were now advised that the Board of Directors (the Board) of Zeda has resolved to postpone the virtual AGM to Friday, 27 February 2026 from Wednesday, 11 February 2026. The reason for the postponement is that, since the publication of the original Notice of AGM on 19 December 2025, the Notice of AGM has been amended. The postponement is to allow shareholders time to consider the Amended Notice and lodge proxies. The amended notice of AGM (Amended Notice of AGM) is being distributed to shareholders today, 30 January 2026, and is available on the Company's website, at www.zeda.co.za/investors/.
