Motus - director's integrity information changes
The company, has announced a change to Sipho Nkosinathi Maseko’s director’s declaration regarding his integrity information. Maseko, an independent Non-Executive Director, is involved with five dormant South African investment companies that were fined R85 000 for failing to submit tax returns to SARS. No trial or conviction occurred, and Maseko was not found guilty of any offence. An amended director’s declaration reflecting this information has been submitted to the JSE.

Motus - inaugural bond auction
Motus announced its inaugural bond issuance under its Domestic Medium-Term Note (DMTN) Programme. On 8 October 2026, the company issued two Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes valued at R1.8 billion through a bond auction that was 3.26 times oversubscribed.
