    Bidcorp - change in external auditors
    After a formal tender process to appoint a new firm of external auditors, KPMG Inc. ("KPMG") is appointed as the Company's external auditors, with Mohammed Hassan appointed as the designated audit partner for the financial year ending June 30th 2026.

    PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. have submitted their formal resignation as Bidcorp's appointed external auditors, dated December 3rd 2025. . KPMG is appointed as external auditor with immediate effect.
