    Sygnia - director resignation
    Mr Rashid Ismail has resigned as the financial director of the Company as well as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee, in each case with effect from 31 March 2026.

    Ms Joanna Corelli will replace Mr Ismail as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 1 April 2026. Ms Corelli currently serves as an executive director of the Company and is the Global Head: Marketing/Strategy.

    The appointment of a new Financial Director will be announced in due course.
