    Ascendis - cautionary announcement
    Ascendis Health Ltd. ("Ascendis", JSE code: AHC) has announced a proposed offer and delisting, subject to the Maximum Acceptances Condition not failing. The offer closes at 12:00 on 28 November 2025, with the last day to trade shares to participate being 25 November 2025. Shareholders were advised to exercise caution when trading Ascendis shares, as post-offer trading could result in unlisted shares if the delisting proceeds.
