    Fairvest - change in indirect shareholding
    Shareholders were advised that on 12 December 2025, the agreement was terminated and settled at the initial cost of R6.6 million following which 1 621 620 Fairvest B shares were transferred to the Wilder Family Trust (of which DM Wilder is a trustee and beneficiary) at a deemed price of R4.07 per Fairvest B share.

    Following the transaction, DM Wilder's interest in the Fairvest B shares remains an indirect beneficial interest. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
