Rebosis - removal of listing
The Issuer has a primary listing on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") with listed ordinary shares and A-ordinary shares on the JSE. The Issuer was suspended from trading on the JSE on 26 August 2022 at the request of the board of directors when the Issuer was placed under business rescue proceedings .
Based on the failure of the Issuer to remedy the various non-compliances since its suspension on 26 August 2022, the JSE advised the Issuer that it is considering the removal of the Issuer's listing at the instance of the JSE pursuant to section 12(2) of the Financial Markets Act no. 19 of 2012, section 1.12 and 1.13 of the Requirements.
Accordingly, shareholders were advised that the Issuer's listing and the listing of the Issuer's securities will be removed from the commencement of business on Monday, 21 July 2025 and that they will remain shareholders in an unlisted company. Accordingly, the last day to trade (off-market) will be Tuesday, 15 July 2025 and the record date will be Friday, 18 July 2025.
