Ububele finalisation announcement Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 14 May 2015 in terms of which Shareholders were advised that the Company will apply to the JSE to delist from the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, as: the Company no longer complies with the requirements for a continued listing on the JSE and the shares of the Company have been suspended since 26 August 2014; the Company is effectively a shell with no assets or liabilities and as such no distribution will be paid to shareholders of the Company; and it is in the public interest to do so. Shareholders are accordingly hereby advised that the JSE has approved the Company’s application to delist from the Alternative Exchange of the JSE. Important dates and times The salient dates and times relating to the delisting are as follows: Declaration and finalisation announcement released on SENS on Monday, 8 June 2015 Last day to trade in Ububele shares over the counter (“OTC”) : Friday, 26 June 2015 Record Date : Friday, 3 July 2015 Delisting of Ububele shares from the JSE trading system from commencement of trade on Tuesday, 7 July 2015.
