Trustco - timeline for completion of audits Trustco provided an update on the completion of its outstanding Namibian and South African subsidiary audits, which are necessary before finalising the audited financial statements for the years ending 31 August 2024 and 2025. These subsidiary audits are expected to be completed in quarter three of 2026, with the overall audits anticipated to conclude in quarter four of 2026, subject to the finalisation of subsidiary audits and the appointment of auditors in line with JSE guidance. The company remains committed to restoring its reporting timetable and providing shareholders with updated financial information as soon as possible. An additional update will be issued when appropriate.
