    Wesizwe - update on production strategy
    Wesizwe approved a strategic shift in its production approach, discontinuing the previous phased ramp-up plan, including the 1 Mtpa strategy. Instead, the company will pursue a single-stage ramp-up to a 3.5 Mtpa operation, which preliminary assessments suggest is the most optimal development pathway. An extensive Optimization Study will be conducted during the 2026 financial year to confirm and refine this strategy. The company will focus on completing the study alongside underground development activities to establish the necessary infrastructure for the new production target. Wesizwe will keep shareholders informed of any material updates.
