    Wesizwe - suspension update
    Shareholders were further advised that Wesizwe has revised the timeline for publication of the AFS, IAR and Notice of AGM that the 31 July 2025 reporting deadline is no longer achievable due to the current status of the audit, which includes outstanding specialist inputs and the completion of mandatory AFS review process.

    The audit process will be finalised by 29 August 2025, and Wesizwe expects to obtain sign- off for the publication of the AFS and distribution of the IAR incorporating Notice of AGM by no later than 29 August 2025.
