The Group consists of two omnichannel segments, Woolworths South Africa (Woolworths or WSA) and Country Road Group (CRG). Woolworths includes the Woolworths Food, Woolworths Fashion, Beauty and Home (FBH) businesses, and Woolworths Financial Services (WFS). WFS provides financial services to Woolworths customers and is a joint venture with Absa Group Ltd.
Country Road Group is an Australian house of brands, and it includes the Country Road, Trenery, Witchery, Poltix, and Mimco brands.
