Alviva - integrated report, AGM and B-BBEE report
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2022 and the notice of AGM is being distributed to shareholders on Wednesday, 28 September 2022. The audited annual financial statements in respect of the year ended 30 June 2022 as contained in the Integrated Report are unchanged from the financial results for the same period, published on SENS. The Company's B-BBEE certificate, is available on the Company’s website.

Alviva - renewal of cautionary announcement
The Company is currently still engaged in ongoing negotiations with the consortium regarding the expression of interest received. Further details regarding the results of these negotiations will be communicated to Shareholders in due course.
The advancement of the abovementioned negotiations may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities and accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Alviva’s securities until either a further announcement is published, or this cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
