    Alviva - renewal of cautionary announcement
    Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS dated 30 June 2022. Shareholders are advised that the Company is currently still engaged in ongoing negotiations with the consortium regarding the expression of interest received. Further details regarding the results of these negotiations will be communicated to Shareholders in due course. Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Alviva’s securities until either a further announcement.

    Alviva - trading statement
    The trading statement is published in compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements.

    Headline Earnings, Earnings per Share (“EPS”), Headline Earnings per Share (“HEPS”) and Core Earnings per Share (“CORE EPS”)

    Shareholders are advised that the Company is reasonably certain that its consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022 will reflect the following:

    HEPS
    Year to 30 June 2021 Actual - 285,0 cents
    Expected Change Percentage - 85% to 94%
    Year to 30 June 2022 Expected Values - 527 cents to 554 cents

    EPS
    Year to 30 June 2021 Actual - 267,3 cents
    Expected Change Percentage - 123% to 133%
    Year to 30 June 2022 Expected Values - 595 cents to 622 cents

    Alviva has enjoyed an excellent trading period with elevated demand for its products and services being felt across all of its operating segments. The Group’s audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 28 September 2022 and shareholders will be fully appraised of the status of its affairs.
