    SFG to sell all holdings bar Pinnacle
    The directors of SFG intend selling all subsidiaries except Pinnacle Holdings Ltd. The anticipated synergies between financial services outsourcing and It have not materialised and it has been decided to focus SFG as an IT company. All shares issued to vendors of the Selective Financial Services companies will be returned pending cancellation of those shares and the reduction of capital of SFG. The same will happen to the vendors of Radco, PCEO Financial Services and Future Holdings. SFG will rename to Pinnacle Technology Holdings Ltd and transfer to Venture Capital on 10 Aug 99.
