SFG restructuring SFG is undergoing a restructuring that will result in a focus on the high growth and high profit outsourcing and cell-captive insurance sectors. Selective Investments and Future Brokers will be reversed out of the group. Equisec and Future Brokers will be listed together with Radco. SFG will not retain their shares in these businesses but will make a profit from the listing. Pinnacle and Infoline will be listed in the second quarter of 1999. SFG will retain a significant stake in Pinnacle. The share capital will be reduced from 246m to 100m shares. The new SFG will contain PEO, Universal Insurance, Opus (not to be confused with the previously listed Opus investments), and Pinnacle Micro.
