Pangbourne is a property investment company with a portfolio of industrial, commercial and retail properties. Pangbourne also holds 60% of Aspire Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, formerly Paforma, a property related short term finance company. Pangbourne's market capitalization is close to R5 billion. Pangbourne is a variable loan stock company in that its issued capital consists of ordinary shares linked to variable rate debentures. One ordinary share is linked with nine debentures to form one unit. Pangbourne pays out substantially all of its post-tax profits in the form of debenture interest and dividends.
