Putprop - Summit Place disposal update
Putprop updated its sale agreement for a portion of Summit Place Erf 39, previously announced on 3 November 2025. The sale, valued at R26.5 million (excluding VAT), involves Pilot Peridot Investments 1 (Pty) Ltd., an 85.27%-owned subsidiary of Putprop, selling to Veritas 1000 (Pty) Ltd. The key change is the removal of the original due diligence deadline, now extended to 17:00 on 30 June 2026, allowing the purchaser to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the property's development potential. All other terms remain unchanged. The transaction remains classified as a Category 2 deal under JSE rules and does not require shareholder approval.
