Notice of AGM
The 40th AGM of shareholders of Cashbuild will be held electronically and physically, in the Boardroom, Cashbuild Corporate Office, 2 Handel Road, Ormonde, Johannesburg, on Monday, 30 November 2026 at 10:00 to consider and, if deemed fit, to approve, with or without modification, the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM.

Cashbuild - first quarter operational update
Cashbuild has released a voluntary operational update for Q1 of FY 2027. Group revenue increased by 1% compared to the same period last year, with existing store revenue down 4% and new stores contributing 5% growth. Transactions decreased by 3%, with existing stores down 4% and new stores up 1%. Selling inflation was 3.1%. Revenue breakdown shows South Africa's segment accounting for 81% of sales, with a 2% decline, while the rest of South Africa grew by 56%, and the rest of Africa declined by 11%. The Group opened 2 new stores, closed 1, and refurbished 3, ending the quarter with 318 stores.

Cashbuild - B-BBEE annual compliance report
Cashbuild submitted its annual compliance report for FY26 under section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, to the B-BBEE Commission.
