Crookes - trading statement For the interim period ended 30 September 2025, shareholders were advised that: •Headline earnings per share (HEPS) is expected to be between 121.9 cents and 131.9 cents per share (a decrease of between 46% and 42%, respectively, when compared to HEPS of 225.5 cents per share reported for the interim period ended 30 September 2024). •Basic earnings per share (EPS) is expected to be between 123.4 cents and 133.4 cents per share (a decrease of between 50% and 46%, respectively, when compared to EPS of 248.1 cents per share reported for the interim period ended 30 September 2024). The Company's interim results for the period ended 30 September 2025 will be published on or about 28 November 2025.
