    Murray & Roberts - final winding up order
    We refer to the announcements published on SENS on 9 September 2025 and 7 October 2025 respectively, and confirm that the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa ("the Court") granted a final order for the liquidation of Murray & Roberts Holdings ("final winding up order") on 27 October 2025.

    The suspension of trading in the Company's shares, which took effect on 22 November 2024 in terms of paragraph 1.10 of the JSE Listing Requirements, remains in place. Shareholders will be advised in due course of the proposed delisting of the Company pursuant to the final winding up order.
