Dorbyl -- finalisation on delisting
Shareholders of Dorbyl were referred to the announcement published on SENS on Friday, 23 May 2014 and in the press on Monday, 26 May 2014 regarding the results of the scheme meetings and are hereby advised that all outstanding conditions precedent in relation to the Schemes have been fulfilled. As detailed in the circular sent to Dorbyl shareholders on Thursday, 17 April 2014, the salient dates and times relating to the schemes remain the same and are as follows:
- Finalisation announcement to be published on SENS on Thursday, 12 June 2014
- Lodge application for delisting of Scheme Shares on Tuesday, 17 June 2014
- Last day to trade Shares on the JSE in order to be recorded in the Share Register to receive the Scheme Consideration on Friday, 20 June 2014
- Suspension of the listing of the Shares on the JSE with effect from the commencement of trading on the JSE on Monday, 23 June 2014
- Scheme Consideration Record Date, being the time and date on which Scheme Participants must be recorded in the Share Register to receive the Scheme Consideration, by 12:00 on Friday, 27 June 2014
- Operative Date of the Schemes on Monday, 30 June 2014
- Scheme Consideration paid/posted to Certificated Scheme Participants (if Documents of Title are received on or prior to 12:00 on the Scheme Consideration Record Date) on Monday, 30 June 2014
- Dematerialised Scheme Participants have their accounts (held at their CSDP or Broker) updated on Monday, 30 June 2014
- Termination of listing of Shares on the JSE at the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 1 July 2014
