RESIGNATION OF ABSA GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraphs 6.71(b) of the Equity Listings Requirements and 6.42(b) of the
Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders and
noteholders are informed that Nadine Drutman will be stepping down as Group Company
Secretary of Absa Group and Absa Bank, effective 31 January 2027.
Nadine has been with the Group for 20 years and served as Company Secretary for the last 14
years. The Board thanks Nadine for her significant contribution over many years and wishes her
well.
Her successor will be announced in due course, following the requisite regulatory approvals.
