AVAILABILITY OF THE 2026 AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30 June
2026 (2026 financial statements) are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the
election of the person requesting inspection.

The 30 June 2026 financial statements have been made available on the Issuer’s website at
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/multi-issuer-programme-9

Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the 30 June 2026 financial statements is unqualified,
with no modifications applicable.

In addition, the Issuer has restated certain comparative information contained in its audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2026.

The restatement relates to:
    • the correction of the comparative presentation of derecognised participating assets and corresponding
debt instruments in the Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income and Statement
of Cash Flows to align with the derecognition requirements of IFRS 9. This restatement had no impact
on total assets, total liabilities, equity, profit before taxation, profit for the year, total comprehensive
income or cash and cash equivalents; and
    • the correction of a prior-period error relating to income received in advance and the associated current
and deferred tax balances. The comparative figures were restated in accordance with IAS 8, Accounting
Policies, Changes in Accounting Estimates and Errors, resulting in an increase in deferred tax assets,
current tax receivables and retained earnings, with a corresponding adjustment to taxation expense in
      the comparative period.
