Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited, as debt sponsor to The South African National Roads Agency
SOC Limited ("SANRAL"), terminated with effect from 28 October 2026 following the expiry of the debt
sponsor mandate and SANRAL's completion of a competitive procurement process.
