CHANGE TO THE ESKOM BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that Prof. Vuyo Peach, a non-executive director of Eskom, has tendered his resignation from the Eskom Board of Directors and he will also be stepping down from the applicable Board committees, with effect from 26 October 2026, to pursue other interests.
The Minister of Electricity and Energy of South Africa, Dr. Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, as the shareholder representative, wishes to thank Prof. Peach for his service and contribution to Eskom during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
