“Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited effective 12 October 2026. The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns the Redeemed Portion. The remaining
Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBC013 in issue is ZAR15,000,000. The “pay date” (as such term is defined in the Debt Listings
Requirements) was 7 October 2026.
