CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are advised that board of directors of Newpark (the “Board”) has appointed Brian Azizollahoff
(“Azizollahoff”) as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 14 August 2026.
Azizollahoff (BA (NY), MBA (Wits)) has over 36 years of experience in the property industry. Brian is currently
an independent non-executive director of Dipula Properties Limited. He was a director of Anglo American
Properties and then managing director of ApexHi Properties Limited. He served as CEO of Redefine from 2003
until its merger with ApexHi and Madison Property Fund Managers Limited in 2009 and then resigned from
Redefine to form Capstone Property Group. In 2016 he sold out of Capstone to form Propertiq. He then established
Unico Property Group which is his chief focus. He has served on the boards of various listed and unlisted
companies, has been active in various facets of the property sector and serves on the Audit Committee of SAPOA.
The Board confirms that a fit and proper assessment has been undertaken for Azizollahoff, and the Board is
satisfied with the outcome of this assessment. The Board further confirms that Azizollahoff’s background and
qualifications have been independently verified, and he has not made any declarations which require disclosure
pursuant to paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
