Nature of Business
Rebosis is a listed property REIT which owns a high growth defensive property portfolio. The group’s portfolio, valued at R15.6 billion, comprises 43 quality grade retail, commercial and industrial properties located in Gauteng, the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Northwest Province. At 31 August 2019, nine of these properties valued at R1.7 billion (2018: R1.4 billion) were classified as investment property held for sale. Rebosis’ primary objective is to grow its portfolio and distributions by investing in high quality properties yielding secure capital and income returns for shareholders.
