CHANGES TO THE BOARD



    In accordance and compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
    Control Instruments wishes to advise shareholders of the following changes which are
    effective 1 May 2014:


    Mr Harry J Coetzee has resigned as a non-executive director. The Board expresses its
    appreciation to Mr Coetzee and Mr Smithyman as his alternate for their services to the
    Group.


    Messrs Peter J van Zyl, Charles E Pettit and Stephen R Midlane have been appointed as
    non-executive directors representing Torre Industrial Holdings Limited. The appointment
    follows the joint announcement on 23 April 2014 that advised shareholders that all the
    remaining scheme conditions detailed in the circular to Control Instruments shareholders
    dated 6 March 2014 have either been fulfilled or validly waived (as applicable) and that
    the scheme has become unconditional.
