Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 September 2010, shareholders  
are advised that the Order of Court sanctioning the scheme has been registered  
by the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.  Accordingly,   
all conditions precedent to the scheme have been fulfilled.                     
As detailed in the circular issued to shareholders on 30 July 2010, the scheme  
will become operative on Monday, 27 September 2010.
