Shareholders are advised that the directors of the Company resolved to apply    
to the South Gauteng High Court for the liquidation of the Company. The main    
reason for this application is that it became apparent to the directors that    
the Company will not be able to meet its obligations in the normal course of    
business.                                                                       
It is expected that the application will be launched with the above Court on    
or about 13 April 2010.
