Gooderson - finalisation announcement Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 18 January 2017 in respect of the approval of the scheme. Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent to the scheme have been fulfilled and accordingly the scheme is unconditional. Two dissenting shareholders exercised their appraisal rights in terms of section 164 and that process is continuing. The shares of the remaining shareholders will therefore be expropriated in accordance with the timetable and dates set out below. Last day to trade for shareholders wishing to receive the scheme consideration - Tuesday, 31 January 2017 Date of suspension of the listing of Gooderson shares - Wednesday, 01 February 2017 Scheme record date - Friday, 03 February 2017 Scheme payment date - Monday, 06 February 2017 Date of termination of the listing of the company’s shares at the commencement of trade on the JSE on Tuesday, 07 February 2017
