Command -- circular and general meeting
Shareholders were referred to the announcement released on SENS on 20 September 2013 where they were advised that on 16 September 2013 the Honourable Mr Justice Dolamo granted an order by agreement between Cape Empowerment Trust Ltd. ("CET"), Ikwezi Investment Trust (Ikwezi) and Grapsy Trust (Grapsy) (the Order). Details of the Order were disclosed in such announcement.
As per the Order, shareholders are advised that a circular, containing notice convening a general meeting of shareholders, was posted to shareholders on Monday, 28 October 2013. The general meeting is to be held on 19 November 2013 at 10h00 at the offices of Werksmans Attorneys at 18th Floor, 1 Thibault Square, Cape Town, for the purposes of considering and if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the ordinary resolutions to appoint the new directors of Command.
