Bhp Billiton - prices Eur2.250 million Euro Bonds
BHP Billiton announced that it has priced a two tranche Euro Bond. This comprises of EUR1.250 million of 4.75% Euro Bonds due April 2012 and EUR1.000 million of 6.375% Euro Bonds due April 2016. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. This announcement does not constitute an offer of securities for sale in the United States. BHPBill -- pricing of bond issue
BHPBill announced that it has priced a two tranche Global Bond under its debt shelf registration statement, which has been previously filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The Global Bond comprises USD1 500 million 5.5% Senior Notes due 2014 and USD1.750 million 6.5% Senior Notes due 2019. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
