    Anglos and Billiton have formed a joint venture in
    Anglos and Billiton have formed a joint venture in the chrome and manganese
    businesses with Anglos holding 40% and Billiton 60%. The joint venture has
    proposed a scheme of arrangement with Samancor minorities to acquire their
    shares at 4500c per share. Samancor will then delist.
