    Alviva - termination of ADR programme
    In 2012, shareholders were advised that an American Depositary Receipt ("ADR') Programme had been established by the Company. The intention of the ADR Programme had been to make the Company's shares available in the over-the-counter ("OTC") markets in the United States, to position the Company's shares in the larger US markets and to broaden international exposure. The Company has not seen sufficient uptake of the programme and, given the costs to continue the programme, deems it unviable. Shareholders are therefore advised that the programme will terminate on 7 March 2019.
