    Sasol pays R1.2bn for stake
    Sasol has disclosed that its paying R1.2bn for it's 50% stake in a plastics raw materials plant it is building with Iran's National Petrochemical Company. Sasol expects the plant to be operating at full capacity within 12 months of completion and to deliver returns within four years. Sasol already has financial guarantees and insurance to protect its investment.
