The Sponsor Services team provides advice on the application of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) and performs the dedicated and focused role of JSE Sponsor to listed companies.
The Advisory Services team has strong and diverse commercial, legal, regulatory, tax, negotiation and transaction management and implementation skills.
